Former Tottenham star Nayim says they must be wary of Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos for Sunday's derby.
Ceballos, on-loan from Real Madrid, is already impressing in England.
"Tottenham have to be very focused on Ceballos, he is in a sweet moment. For me, he and (Pierre-Emerick) Aubameyang are the key men in the attack of the Gunners."
Nayim also believes Christian Eriksen will leave Spurs.
"I have the feeling that in the end he will leave Tottenham, if it were not so unusual, he would start all the matches because he is the player who best distributes the ball in attack. It will be very difficult to replace him and his possible exit will greatly weaken the offensive game of Spurs."
