The 16 year-old is preparing to leave Ajax this summer and he has been linked with a raft of major clubs.
Manchester United and Manchester City are eyeing Zamani, along with Everton and Leicester City.
Zamani has been with Ajax for the past two seasons, but is seeking to change and is in talks with Utrecht.
