LABUAN: Water and electricity supply here need a major overhaul to enhance liveability, befitting the island’s status and appeal to investors, says Labuan Member of Parliament (MP) Datuk Suhaili Abdul Rahman.
He said much of the island’s water pipes were obsolete and some were exceeding the age of its Federal Territory status.
“This has resulted in regular disruptions of water supply, causing misery to many, both residential and commercial.
