LAHAD DATU: District police chief ACP Dzulbaharin Ismail's daughter was discovered dead in a pool of blood at their home here on Tuesday.

The 14-year-old girl was found in a room before the police were notified at 12.42pm.

Currently, there is no additional information about the incident. However, Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain confirmed the incident when contacted by a media outlet.

Razarudin was also reported as saying that the investigation is ongoing and urged the public not to speculate.
