Manchester United defender Ethan Laird has detailed what it takes to develop winning changing rooms after joining QPR on a season-long loan.
United are enduring a tumultuous start to the season after losing to Brighton and Brentford in their opening two games.
And Laird says the club must foster 'care for the players' to develop a winning dressing room.
Asked what is required to be a success, Laird told QPR's official website: "You want love and care.
"Winning changing rooms need to have a real care for the players and I feel like on the pitch you will get the best from your players if they know they are going to be cared for.
"Another thing I look for is creativity – and it is in abundance here!"
