LaLiga president Javier Tebas is keen to see PSG striker Kylian Mbappe playing in Spain.
Mbappe is a target for Real Madrid as he enters the final year of his PSG contract.
"I hope he can come," Tebas said.
"If you ask me, as a fan, I think Mbapp will leave PSG this season, because in UEFA there is more economic control and PSG have a very high wage bill.
"PSG have to unload. By getting rid of Mbapp, who is going into his last year, they will achieve two things, a good transfer fee and a significant reduction in the wage bill, which will bring them closer to UEFA's rules. So he is the biggest candidate for that to happen if PSG want to start complying with the rules for once."
Asked directly if Real Madrid could sign Mbappe, Tebas replied, "Real Madrid have the capacity to do it."
