LaLiga president Javier Tebas expects Real Madrid to sign PSG striker Kylian Mbappe.
Real and PSG are yet to formally announce the deal.
But Tebas told L'Equipe: "Of course, this is great news for Real Madrid and for Spanish football. He is one of the best players in the world. From my point of view, Bellingham, Haaland and Mbapp are the three dominant players on the planet, and two of them are at Real Madrid.
"It is a club in an optimal economic situation. The president and the general director are very good managers, but they are very bad when they want to organise new competitions.
"They are not obliged to sell anyone to pay to Mbapp, not at all."
