Lamborghini Aventador seized by JPJ in Klang for expired road tax, fancy number plate

The Lamborghini was found to have an expired road tax as well as being fitted number plates that did not meet JPJ specifications.

PETALING JAYA: A Lamborghini Aventador  was seized by the Selangor Road Transport Department Malaysia during a special enforcement operation in Klang for various offences.

In a statement, JPJ Selangor said the seizure took place on March 11 along Persiaran Ampuan Rahimah as part of “Ops Luxury”.

According to the department, the Lamborghini was found to have an expired road tax as well as being fitted number plates that did not meet JPJ specifications.

“The vehicle was seized and taken to the JPJ Shah Alam depot.”

JPJ Selangor urged the public to reach out should they witness any traffic violations, emphasising their commitment to road safety.

“Members of the public who wish to report traffic offences can submit complaints to aduantrafik@jpj.gov.my or through the e-Aduan application platform, together with the complainant’s details and information about the complaint.”
