After going viral on social media for feeding strays, Muhamad Faiz Basirun caught the eye of several brands that appointed him as their ambassador.
Thanks to that income, the 21-year-old managed to buy his mother Syarrina Mohd Hamzah a new car, Toyota Yaris.
Faiz, who stays at Kampung Kumpulan A in Langkawi, Kedah, said he did not expect his sharing of rezeki (sustenance) with stray dogs helped to open up more opportunities for him.
“I am just sharing with the dogs as they are also creatures of Allah. I did not expect it to open up opportunities for me and now I am sharing it with my family,” Harian Metro quoted him as saying.
