Indie heads and whimsical girlies, this is your time. Singer-songwriter Laufey is set to return to Malaysia as part of her ‘Matter of Time’ world tour. The first details of the concert have just been released, including venue, ticket prices, and seating. Here is everything we know so far.
The Icelandic-Chinese musician charmed music lovers with her unique blend of jazz, pop, and elegant lyrics. Her songs From The Start, Typical of Me, and Like The Movies went viral on social media and put her in the spotlight. Her 2024 album, Bewitched, earned her a Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. At this year’s Grammy Awards, she won again in the same category for her 2025 album A Matter of Time, cementing her position as one of the best musicians of her generation.
Her ‘Matter of Time’ world tour began on 15 September 2025 in Orlando, Florida and took her through all major cities in North America. She began the European leg of the tour on 18 February 2026 in Zürich, Switzerland and is currently set to perform in Manchester, Dublin, and London in the next few days.
The singer is set to perform in Asia, Austrailia and New Zealand next, with stopovers in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bangkok in the month of May. Her last concert in Malaysia was held on 27 August 2024 in Plenary Hall, KLCC as part of her ‘Bewitched: The Goddess Tour’.

Laufey will be performing at Axiata Arena on 2 June 2026 at 8PM. Ticket prices for the concert range from RM328 all the way up to RM1,128. Fans will be able to get a better price with presale opportunities.
The presale for UOB Reserve and Visa Infinite Card members will begin on 9 March 2026 from 10AM to 4PM. Presale for UOB Visa Card members will open on 9 March 2026 at 6PM till 10 March 2026 at 10AM.
Live Nation members will be able to access presale tickets on 10 March 2026 from 11AM to 11:59PM here. General sales will go live on 11 March 2026 at 11AM on GoLive’s website and app.
