Lazio have accepted a 40m offer from Al-Hilal for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The Serbia international will undergo his medical on Wednesday.
Milinkovic-Savic has agreed a three-year deal with the option of a fourth worth 20m-a-year.
Milinkovic-Savic has been with Lazio since 2015, arriving from KRC Genk. He went onto to make 341 appearances for the Romans.
As a Lazio player, he won the Coppa Italia and two Supercoppa Italianas.
