Lazio sporting director Angelo Fabiani says new contract offer remains on the table to Felipe Anderson.
The Brazil international's current deal runs to June.
Fabiani said: "We don't care, we certainly won't deprive ourselves of him now and the renewal proposal is still there on the table."
Lazio have offered a deal to 2028, worth 3.5m-a-season.
Il Messaggero says a contract worth 4m-a-year has been agreed with Juventus, though Anderson is yet to fully commit to the Bosman transfer.
