Lazio great Paolo Di Canio says Rudi Garcia has himself to blame for his demise at Napoli.

Garcia was sacked last week and replaced by Walter Mazzarri.

Di Canio told Libero: "The toy broke immediately and all of (Luciano) Spalletti's tactical balance was lost. Garcia shouldn't have had that attitude when he first arrived, especially with (Victor) Osimhen and Kvara (Khivcha Kvaratskhelia).

"His story with Napoli started badly and ended worse. An example? They say that, once training was over, he would go away to enjoy Naples."

On Lazio, Di Canio also said: "The truth is that (Maurizio) Sarri achieved the miracle last year with a team that only had three top players: (Ciro) Immobile, the only one who scored but now he is struggling, Luis Alberto and (Sergej) Milinkovic who had an impact on the offensive game. Furthermore, Felipe Anderson is back to the flaccid one he once was."
