Kota Kinabalu: Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) Vice President David Ong criticised the proposed guidelines on entertainment activities and concert at public and private institutions of higher learning (IPTA).
The new guidelines claimed to be set by the Higher Education Ministry’s (MOHE) Higher Education Department (JPT) have gone viral on social media.
The proposed guidelines stated that the audience must be separated according to gender besides introducing a dress code and prohibiting clothing displaying symbols related to the illuminati and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transsexual (LGBT) groups.
