A prominent leader is built through years of experience and lots of wisdom from the amount of knowledge gained.
However, having the Tall Poppy Syndrome in most of the local culture such a devastating condition.
Denial and disrespect continue to happen and are blindly accepted by the people.
Therefore, it is not enough to justify having a big and ambitious plan.
It will need a bunch of people to work hand in hand towards the same objectives and targets.
To ensure the plan will be executed successfully according to the agreed time frame, there will be a real need for a top-notch leader to bring the whole team together despite any hurdles and hardships.
Things happen for a reason.
Sometimes, even a mistake can be such a valuable lesson.
It helps the team, especially the leader to foresee any more flaws inside the blueprint aside from the initial mistake being done.
This way, some improvements or perhaps some innovations can be implemented along the process and open for some more enhanced ideas to be part of the major plan.
For a leader to take credit or not will showcase the true cause or intentions.
If it was meant for the public or common people, the whole team should be appraised for the joint effort instead.
Nevertheless, should the plan be intended to bring out the credibility and competencies of sportsmanship, then the leader shall wisely let the people do the talk among themselves rather than proving a point that will later consume a price of pride and prejudice.
In case there is a need for an apology, a leader should be at the front to convey a polite message to all.
No need for backlash comments or pointing out fingers.
It will only require the team to be reshuffled and the leader to be proactively advised towards a more progressive and competitive Malaysia.
