MANILA, Philippines — Photos circulating online of Mika Salamanca traveling in Hong Kong with Will Ashley are real, her fan clubs confirmed on Tuesday.

The leaked images, first uploaded on Reddit, show Salamanca and Ashley dining together and visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, which fueled assumptions about their relationship.

In response, Team Mika Official and Mikanism Official clarified that the Hong Kong trip was a personal break for Salamanca and was not meant to suggest any romantic involvement.

“After a private discussion with Mika Salamanca, we would like to clarify the recent events circulating online regarding her trip to Hong Kong. The photos being shared are real. Mika took this trip to give herself a much-needed pause and time to rest after a series of overwhelming events,” the fans club wrote in the statement.

The groups explained that Ashley was not part of the original travel plan and only joined later, along with other friends, with the full knowledge and support of Salamanca’s family.

The fan clubs also said confusion arose after private photos were taken from trusted accounts and circulated publicly without context.

“Unfortunately, some private photos and details from the trip were nitpicked from a private account and close friends whom Mika trusted, which led to misunderstandings and assumptions online. Mika sincerely apologizes to anyone who may have felt hurt, confused, or affected – causing distress was never her intention,” they added.

They added that Salamanca apologized to those who may have felt affected and called on the public to refrain from attaching romantic narratives to the trip.

“We respectfully ask that Mika be excluded from any romantic narratives or speculative interpretations related to this matter. We hope this clarification helps put an end to misinformation and allows everyone involved the space, respect, and understanding they deserve,” they said.

“Thank you for extending grace to Mika Salamanca and her official fan groups as we took the time to gather our thoughts and respond with care. During this challenging moment, we are deeply grateful to the fans who stood by her, remained steadfast, and chose understanding over noise. To those who stayed, who waited, and who trusted — maraming salamat po. We hope this statement brings clarity and closure, and we respectfully ask that Mika’s privacy continue to be honored as she moves forward with peace,” the statement ended.

Both Salamanca and Ashley gained wider recognition after appearing as housemates on the 2025 reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition.”

Ashley is currently paired with actress Bianca De Vera as part of the “WillCa” love team, and the two recently starred in the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival entry “Love You So Bad" with De Vera's other on screen partner, Dustin Yu.

Salamanca, meanwhile, is part of the “BreKa” tandem with Brent Manalo. The pair won “Pinoy Big Brother” as a duo.
