Bayern Munich coach Thomas Tuchel's address to his players the day after his departure was announced has been leaked.
Tuchel will leave Bayern at the end of the season after reaching a mutual agreement with the club's board last week.
BILD reports the former Chelsea manager told his players: "There are no longer discussions every week, everyone knows about it.
"We can still achieve something, we have to win."
Tuchel also said in a wry, upbeat tone: "Everyone can show up for the new coach now."
The coach was accompanied by chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen, who also reportedly stated: "We will now look closely. You are responsible!"
