I discovered in my five decades of working experiences with corporate sectors and graduate business schools, that the truth is the best leaders are the best learners. Leadership is a set of abilities, and like any other skill set it can be learned and improved. Becoming an exemplary leader isn't easy. It takes self-belief, aspiration, grit, support, and deliberate practice. But with solid determination and supportive guidance everyone can learn to become better leaders than they are today. Reading the impressive profile of speakers and moderators for 2nd Malaysia Wisdom Conference (MWC) 2026 organized by KerjayaOne, I am confident they can share the concrete framework, insights, and practical steps for building exemplary wisdom leaders for today's and tomorrow's challenges.

Coincidentally, I received good feedback to my story titled “21st century leaders are game changers: They live, breathe, behave with deep wisdom for what transformation is all about” published by newswav.com on 02 August 2026, from one notable reader, Dato' Bijayo Adi Satria, Chairman of UA Advertising Sdn. He is a seasoned professional in media & marketing communications industry, having previously served as the Managing Director for Pesaka Grey Advertising, commented “Leaders & wannabe's in the 21st century have access to digital tools in sharpening leadership skills. Nonetheless, the experience of leaders are real live examples of testing theories of leadership which otherwise can be obtained from digital information such as AI which can trap if not tampered with the wisdom and experience of these past leaders. And thus leaders have to know and adapt to these changes particularly from followers who generally are averse to transformative change.”

So, you want to be a CEO? I trust MWC 2026 can show you how. With tested & proven experience and actionable insights, the notable speakers debunk myths and demonstrate that leadership is comprised of a clear set of skills and abilities that can be learned, practiced, and mastered. I believe that leaders and made, and with hard evidence that speakers are going to reveal from live stories.
