Leeds United attacker Joe Gelhardt has explained the differences between Jesse Marsch and former manager Marcelo Bielsa.
Speaking with BBC Radio West Yorkshire, Gelhardt spoke about how both managers helped to better his ability and the similarities in how it was working under both of them.
He said, "Obviously with Marcelo, he was very knowledgeable on the game.
"He taught me a lot of things and that's the same with Jesse now. I'm still learning a lot every day I come in and we watch videos from time to time to see where I can get better.
"Every day, I'm learning and taking on more knowledge and I'm sure I will be in years to come, so I try and listen to them as much as I can and try to implement it into my game."
