Leeds United have been encouraged as Daichi Kamada's departure from Eintracht Frankfurt has been confirmed.
The Japan midfielder comes off contract this summer and has been linked with Leeds.
Eintracht Frankfurt announced yesterday: "Daichi Kamada to leave the Eagles.
"The 26-year-old, who has been at Eintracht for six years, will leave the club at the end of the season after deciding not to renew his contract."
Kamada has been with the current Europa League title holders since 2017.
