Leeds United boss Javi Gracia admits he's on new ground after their 6-1 thrashing by Liverpool.
The 5-1 defeat against Palace on 9 April and Monday's loss represents the first time in their history they have conceded five or more times in successive games.
It's also a new experience for Gracia, who said: "Hard to manage. I do not remember if in two games in a row I conceded 11 goals, do not remember that. Hard to manage, but I am here to give my best and help the team, the club. That's what I am going to do.
"I prefer to be critical with myself in this moment and look for solutions in the future, rather than referees etc. Our objective is try to improve, be demanding with ourselves."
He added, "I suppose the fans need to see them playing as they have in previous games. Better results. Supporters will be happier with that. Players need to work on all the things we have to improve because what we are seeing is not enough. There's seven finals.
