Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch says his style of play is different from predecessor Marcelo Bielsa.
Marsch says his approach is less taxing for the players.
He explained, "Marcelo had a lot more acceleration and deceleration, which is partly due to Bielsa's man-marking style of following players and trying to get ahead of them, often cutting and changing direction.
"But, with us, what we want is to be really aggressive, and in moments of pressure, that requires sprinting.
"We also want to be very good in transitions, in both directions, which also requires sprints."
