Leeds United head coach Jesse Marsch has received a confidence boost from Angus Kinnear this week.
Marsch has come under increased pressure at the Elland Road club this season.
However, Leeds picked up a valuable FA Cup third round replay win over Cardiff City in midweek.
Chief executive Kinnear approached Marsch at the end of the game, embracing him and congratulating him on the win.
Fans will take that as a sign that Kinnear supports Marsch and wants him to succeed.
However, Leeds are battling relegation in the Premier League and more poor results may force Kinnear's hand.
