Leeds United defender Robin Koch has praised Jesse Marsch for his communication skills.
The American manager is enjoying his first full season at Elland Road, having taken over from Marcelo Bielsa in February.
"The coach is very communicative," Koch told Bild. "He listens to the team and wants to know how we feel.
"The cooperation is very close. We also joked briefly once when the Freiburg-Leipzig cup final was coming up: My ex-club against his ex-club, so we were of course in different camps."
