Leeds United believe they can secure the signing of Arnaud Kalimuendo from Paris Saint-Germain.

The Whites are pushing to strengthen their squad before the transfer window shuts on September 1.

According to Yahoo Sport, the issue for Leeds with this signing is PSG's decision about his future.

Their coach Christophe Galtier may want to hold onto the forward for this season.

However, the club's sporting director, Luis Campos, wants to move him on to make room for other signings.

Kalimuendo is a highly rated attacker, but would be behind Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, Lionel Messi, Mauro Icardi and Hugo Ekitike in the pecking order this season.
