Having secured Djed Spence and Joe Rodon on loans, Ben Davies is the latest player being targeted by manager Daniel Farke.
The Athletic states that given Spence's recall and subsequent move to Genoa on loan, Leeds can loan another Spurs player.
Davies is not first choice under boss Ange Postecoglou in North London this term.
However, he may not be eager to drop down an entire division to get regular football.
