Leeds terminate Kiko Casilla contract

Leeds United have cut loose experienced goalkeeper Kiko Casilla.

Last season, the 35 year-old was on loan with Elche, where he played 14 matches in La Liga.

Leeds have now announced that Casilla is leaving the club, despite his contract running to 2023.

The parties have agreed to go their separate ways prematurely.

Casilla played 61 competitive matches for Leeds, keeping 23 clean sheets.
