Leicester City have struck terms to sign Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks.
PA Sport says Leicester will pay 10m for Winks, who spent last season on-loan with Sampdoria.
The deal has been negotiated independently from James Maddison's move in the opposite direction.
Leicester aim to close the agreement for Winks over the weekend.
It will mean the England international dropping into the Championship next season after the Foxes' relegation.
