Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Tottenham, Chelsea and Leicester City have been keeping a close eye on Mamardashvili for some time.
He only recently signed a contract extension to 2027, but yet could be on the move.
Initial talks about a transfer are said to have already taken place with Leicester.
In 2021, Mamardashvili joined Valencia from Dinamo Tiflis for almost 1m.
