Leicester City have opened talks with Rafa Benitez about the vacant manager's job.
The Foxes have made their move for the former Liverpool and Everton manager after being turned down by Jesse Marsch over the weekend.
As yet, it's unclear whether Leicester will seek to hire Benitez to the end of the season or for longer.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported: "Understand Leicester have opened talks with Rafa Benitez as potential new head coach to replace Brendan Rodgers.
"Negotiations ongoing trying to find an agreement with the Spanish coach."
