Juventus have lodged a new appeal to have the 2005-06 Scudetto stripped from Inter Milan.
The action has been made just days before the Derby d'Italia.
Juve had the original title revoked due to their role in the 2006 Calciopoli scandal.
It was confirmed on Monday that the Old Lady had presented a new appeal to the CONI's Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport tribunal.
The development comes less than a week before the two clubs face off in the Derby d'Italia.
