LG Electronics is showcasing its heating, ventilation and air conditioning portfolio at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2026 in Milan, Italy, held from March 24 to 27. The exhibition includes a range of residential and commercial solutions designed for European installation requirements, energy standards, and electrification trends.
LG Electronics @ MCE 2026

The company is presenting an expanded lineup of hot water and air-to-water heat pump systems using R290 refrigerant, including the Therma V Monobloc S, which can be configured with additional components such as buffer tanks, domestic hot water tanks, and system controllers for combined heating and hot water applications. New indoor units for air-to-water heat pump systems are also featured, including Control, Hydro, and Combi variants equipped with touchscreen UI for controls.
LG’s residential water heating portfolio includes both heat pump and electric models, with the former using low-GWP R290 refrigerant, while electric models are positioned for durability and hygiene requirements. Additional indoor unit options such as wall-mounted, console, and cabinet types are also on display, along with fan coil units adapted to local conditions and an EEBUS-compliant gateway to support energy management and smart grid integration.

In residential air conditioning, LG is presenting models including DUALCOOL AI, ARTCOOL AI, and ARTCOOL Gallery, which incorporate AI-based control features that adjust airflow and temperature based on usage patterns and indoor conditions. These systems also support remote operation and energy monitoring through LG ThinQ app, which is the brand’s designated smart home hub.
For commercial applications, LG is exhibiting its Multi V i variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, which uses R32 refrigerant, as well as safety features such as leak detection and automated response mechanisms. The system is integrated with air handling units developed in collaboration with European manufacturer Hoval to support broader application scenarios.
The company is also presenting its ACP i controller for centralized system management, offering monitoring and energy analysis functions, as well as inverter scroll heat pump chillers with modular configurations that allow capacity scaling for larger installations. Attendees on-site can visit the LG booth at stand #5U29 and #5Z22 in Fiera Milano.
Pokdepinion: We don’t see things like heat pump here for obvious reasons, but it’s pretty cool to see innovations with it.
