Liam Gallagher lashes out at Coronation Street actor over ‘average’ jibe

• Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher engaged in an online feud with actor Charlie Lawson after the former Coronation Street star called the band “distinctly average”.
• Gallagher responded by mocking Lawson's acting skills on X and calling the 67-year-old actor a “silly old c***”.
• Lawson, who played Jim McDonald on the ITV soap between 1989 and 2018, has not taken on acting roles since suffering a minor stroke in 2018.
• The clash follows criticism over ticket prices for the upcoming Oasis reunion tour, which features 38 concerts across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the US.
• Gallagher previously dismissed fan complaints regarding ticket costs on social media, telling buyers to stop moaning and avoid purchasing from inflated resellers.
