Downcast Liam Payne has been forced to postpone his tour in South America after the 29-year-old was hospitalised due to a serious kidney infection.
The singer shared the news with his fans on Instagram, telling them doctors had advised him to focus on his health.
Payne said: “This is really the last news I wanted to tell you.” He then explained how he had been in hospital and doctors have told him to focus on his recovery.
He added: “Now is really not the right time to be out on the road as I try and recover from this.”
