
SEMPORNA: A group of 12 library prefects from SK Pulau Mabul gained a new experience when they visited the Sabah State Library, Semporna Branch, on Thursday.
The study trip, led by Library and Media teacher Nor Asikin Pudin along with Muhammad Fikri Khamis, involved a 45-minute boat ride covering a distance of 24.89km across the sea.
AdvertisementNor Asikin believed the visit provided a valuable new experience for the students through various activities conducted during the programme.
According to her, the visit was organised in collaboration with the SK Pulau Mabul Parent-Teacher Association (PIBG) under the theme “Opening Eyes, Gaining Experiences, Generating Knowledge.”

Nor Asikin added that the group was given a briefing and taken to the youth and children’s sections to experience being in a library.
