Kota Kinabalu: Lions District Governor Kapitan Ronny Hiew contributed history books to secondary schools in Kudat, Kota Belud, and Kota Marudu, alongside Lions Clubs from Region 6.
A presentation ceremony was held at SMK Bengkongan Kota Marudu, where its Principal, M. Salim Masrah, received the books from Hiew.
This initiative forms part of District 308-A2’s ongoing commitment to supporting educational endeavors across Sabah and Sarawak.
The donation of history books aims to broaden students’ understanding of historical events, cultures, and civilizations, fostering a passion for learning and intellectual curiosity.
