Liverpool have accepted an offer from Al-Ettifaq for captain Jordan Henderson.
The Reds have agreed to sell the midfielder for 12m plus bonuses to the Saudi Pro League club.
Henderson settled on personal terms with Al-Ettifaq a fortnight ago worth 700,000-a-week.
While he has been with the squad for their German preseason camp, Henderson missed Wednesday's friendly with Karlsruhe.
Al-Ettifaq coach Steven Gerrard had made signing his former Liverpool teammate a priority after his appointment earlier this month.
