Liverpool have issued a plea to their supporters regarding tickets for the Merseyside derby.
The Premier League giants have implored fans with spare tickets for the Merseyside derby against Everton on Saturday at Anfield to give them to other fans.
The club want to make sure every fan gets a chance to attend, given the situation with the Anfield Road stand remaining closed for the rest of 2023.
Fans were sold tickets to the game in the belief that the Anfield Road stand would be open in time.
However, the disruption will now take many months to resolve, which means fans with tickets to the game may not be able to attend.
"Everyone at Liverpool FC is working incredibly hard to ensure everything possible is being done to progress the project as quickly as possible," noted the Premier League club.
