Liverpool attacker Cody Gakpo was delighted with his double in victory over Manchester United.
Gakpo struck first before halftime before the floodgates opened for the 7-0 triumph.
He later said: "I think it was a really good day for me personally and the team. We need to keep this feeling and carry on.
"The most important thing we did today was to keep going.
On the race to qualify for the Champions League, he added: "It is something we are fighting for. It's something that is important for the club, the fans and the team. We need to keep working hard."
