Liverpool attacker Luis Diaz has vowed to 'come back stronger' after his injury setback.

The Reds forward will be absent until after the winter World Cup due to a knee injury.

He is expected to miss around six to eight weeks, according to Reds boss Jurgen Klopp this week.

“Many thanks for the messages of support," wrote Diaz in a message on social media.

“I will come back stronger."

Liverpool did not miss Diaz too much in midweek, as they swatted aside Rangers 7-1 away from home in the Champions League group stages.
