Liverpool management welcomed Jordan Henderson's playing return last night.
Henderson made his comeback from injury on Monday night during England's entertaining 3-3 draw with Germany.
The Liverpool captain was introduced from the bench for the closing stages of the UEFA Nations League contest at Wembley.
Henderson hadn't played since picking up a hamstring issue on August 31 but completed the final six minutes of the Three Lions' final game before the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
