Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is happy learning of fresh investment arriving into the club.
FSG have sold a minority stake to an American finance firm, though Klopp won't see any of the money raised for his transfer plans.
Klopp said, "I can understand that people want to spend money. I'm part of that as well. We shouldn't forget we are building a new stand, which will improve the atmosphere [at Anfield]. We built another stand, a training ground, bought Melwood [former training ground] back. A lot of things that keep the club in a healthy state for a long, long time.
"If someone helps us, that is great. The better place we are in, the more we can spend.
"We are not playing in the Champions League, which is a financial blow; we've improved the team anyway. It is good news; the money will be well used."
