Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp wants Darwin Nunez to improve his English.
Klopp feels Nunez's game will be held back so long as he struggles to communicate in English.
He said, "He is a player with different qualities from the rest of the players, he offers us different options. He's a machine, but he's still adapting.
"His English isn't very good, but how can a striker shine if the team struggles so much? He has had good moments, but it is a long-term project. He has to get in tune, and that's what he's doing.
"After this season comes another, and I'm already thinking about it. Maybe now we can learn things for the future, I think so. He must learn English, that will be of great help to us."
