Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits they must be wary going to Brighton on Sunday.
Klopp concedes Brighton are a dangerous proposition at Falmer stadium.
He said, "If we play like last year we will get a massive knock again. We should play better. I think we will and that's the first step.
"Brighton have had a few results that didn't go exactly their way and that's completely normal in their development. They have had a lot of change, lost top players, one of whom we got [Alexis Mac Allister] but have still played incredible football.
"We expect a really tough game against one of the best sides in the league, one of the best coached teams in the league.
"I'm really looking forward to it and we have to put a few things right. It [defeat] can happen, as they're really good, but we will do a really big try to make it better."
