Liverpool chiefs are considering Niko Kovac as a replacement for Jurgen Klopp.
Kovac took over VfL Wolfsburg in the summer of 2022.
In his debut season, he led the team to an eighth place finish in the Bundesliga - but this season it has been more difficult.
Wolfsburg have been involved in a relegation battle for most of the season, and in March the club announced Kovac's dismissal.
Now the Daily Mail states that Kovac is on Liverpool's wish list of manager this summer.
The English giants must replace Klopp, who announced in January that he will leave his post at the end of the season.
