Liverpool defender Anderson Arroyo is in talks with Alaves.
El Correo says Alaves are 'confident' they can persuade the 22-year-old to join them in Spain's Segunda division, although they're expected to face stiff competition from Elche.
Arroyo spent last season on loan CD Mirandes, who also play in the second tier.
The Colombia international joined the Reds in January 2018, but was immediately loaned to RCD Mallorca B. Ever since, he's had loan spells in Belgium, the Czech Republic and further stints in Spain.
