Liverpool defender Neco Williams has agreed personal terms with Nottingham Forest.
Football Insider says the Wales international has settled on a contract with the Premier League new-boys.
However, Forest still need to reach agreement with Liverpool over a fee for the defender.
Forest had an opening £12m offer rejected last week, with the Reds demanding £15m to sell.
Williams is also wanted by Fulham, where he spent last season on-loan.
