Liverpool defender Jarell Quansah admits every day is a grind in training given the quality of their attackers.

Quansah says he is improving every day facing Mohamed Salah and co.

He said, It's so tough. Every day it's so hard. You've got Diaz who is one the liveliest wingers I've ever played against.

Nunez, all his physical attributes. Good finisher. And then obviously Mo. We've all seen what he's been doing for the past few years. So experienced and so savvy.

So just putting yourself against them is always going to make you better. Obviously, I'm not saying that all the time I'm defending them well, but just learning things and the more I experience and the more I defend against them in training, the better I'm going to get."

Quansah also said, Definitely (a fast learning curve). But when you're at a big club, that's the way it has to be," he said. You are not going to get eased into many games.

There are obviously cup games and stuff like that, but when you're younger you want to play in the Premier League.

You could play against teams that are deemed to be lower or who just came up from the Championship and people will say 'He's getting eased in that way', but every game is tough in the Prem. You see it week in, week out and that's why it's the best league in the world."
