Liverpool are assessing whether they can secure a deal for RB Leipzig's Dominik Szoboszlai.
The Hungarian, who is one of the brightest talents in his nation, has been at Leipzig for the past two seasons.
Szoboszlai was previously linked to Arsenal, but no move materialized for the playmaker.
Now the Liverpool Echo states that the Reds are very eager to bring him into Jurgen Klopp's squad.
With a release clause of 60 million, Szoboszlai would be within the club's price range.
The Reds would likely pair him with Alexis Mac Allister in their central midfield next season.
