Liverpool fear midfielder Naby Keita is set for another spell on the sidelines.
The central midfielder is said to have suffered an injury while on international duty.
Keita was substituted at half-time during a Guinea game against Ethiopia on Monday, which they won 3-2.
Per Goal.com, he is certainly out of the Reds' game against Manchester City this weekend.
Tests will be run on his injury, as the full extent of the problem is not yet apparent to the club.
Boss Jurgen Klopp will be hoping Keita is available between now and the end of the season.
